Shipping Policy

 

Dispatch and delivery:
Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) are processed from the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm are processed from the next business day.

 

Dispatch timing:

We aim to dispatch every order within one to five working days, Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability and the care each pair requires. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are prepared from the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• United Kingdom: one to three working days

• Europe: five to ten working days

 

You will receive an email with your order details as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier.

Allowing for dispatch, your order should reach you within two to ten working days in total, excluding weekends and public holidays in the country of dispatch.

 

Carrier and tracking:

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Tracking details will be provided by email upon dispatch.

 

Delivery charges (United Kingdom):

United Kingdom

• One pair: £1.50

• Two pairs: £3.00

• Three or more pairs: £4.50

• Free delivery on orders of £50 or more

Europe

• Delivery from €12.50, depending on the destination and the number of pairs

• Free delivery on orders of €135 or more

Delivery issues (lost or non-delivered parcels):
If an order does not arrive, please contact contact@ateliercavalier.com and we will investigate and support resolution.

 

Where delivery fails:

If delivery does not make it to you, we will provide a replacement, subject to verification steps and any requirements set out in the Shipping Policy.
