Shipping Policy

 

Dispatch and delivery:
Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) are processed from the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm are processed from the next business day.

 

Dispatch timing:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday), subject to operational capacity and stock availability.

 

Delivery time estimate: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday) within the UK. Total estimated delivery time is 2–10 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

 

Carrier and tracking:

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Tracking details will be provided by email upon dispatch.

 

Delivery charges (United Kingdom):

£1.50 delivery fee for 1 pair

£3.00 delivery fee for 2 pairs

Free delivery on orders of £50 or more

Delivery issues (lost or non-delivered parcels):
If an order does not arrive, please contact contact@ateliercavalier.com and we will investigate and support resolution.

 

Where delivery fails:

If delivery does not make it to you, we will provide a replacement, subject to verification steps and any requirements set out in the Shipping Policy.
