Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns accepted:
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
Return window:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Product condition:
We only accept returns of new, unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or use may be refused and returned to the customer.
Return method:
Returns are made by post.
Return label / return postage:
For non-defective returns (change of mind), return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we do not include a return label in the package.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us first and we will confirm next steps. We will not charge you return postage for defective/incorrect items where the return is accepted.
How to start a return:
To request a return, email contact@ateliercavalier.com with:
Order number
Name and email used for the order
Item(s) you wish to return
For faulty/incorrect items, please include photos and a short description of the issue.
We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address by email.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item (or in line with any evidence-of-return process we confirm by email).
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item in line with this policy and place a new order.
Restocking fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee.
